Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging.

Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package over to the designated courier point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
